1. How do I book a session?

To reserve your date and sunset time, you’ll choose a package and pay a $50 deposit. Once that’s confirmed, your session is officially booked.

2. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to hold your time slot. This helps protect against no-shows and late cancellations.

3. How do we choose the location?

You don’t have to decide alone. After you book, you’ll get location guidance based on your vibe, the light, and the conditions that day. Manchebo is a favorite for a calm, romantic sunset.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the deposit being kept.

5. Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is non-refundable, except when weather makes the session impossible and you’re unable to reschedule. In that case, your deposit will be refunded.

6. What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain or severe weather), we’ll reschedule for the next available sunset. If you can’t reschedule, your deposit will be refunded.

7. We don’t know how to pose — is that okay?

Absolutely. You’ll be guided with simple direction throughout the session so it feels natural, relaxed, and never awkward.

8. When will we receive our photos?

Delivery depends on the package you choose. If you need your photos sooner, Express Delivery is available as an add-on (subject to availability).
